Exhibition Bus for hire
The HWTMA are delighted to offer our purpose built mobile Exhibition Bus for hire.
This unique vehicle is a stand-alone exhibit that can set up at shows, exhibitions, attractions and other public (or private) venues.
With a set-up time of approximately 30 minutes (from arrival to exhibit) and the ability to display models, objects publications, posters, interactive PC programmes, HD DVD footage and audio content, the Exhibition Bus could be the answer to your public engagement needs.
Outside, the large external panels can be fully branded with your logo, company name and graphics. Inside, posters, PCs, drawers, TV, microscope and audio can be loaded with your content. This unit is highly adaptable and can be tailored to meet your needs.
Your guests and visitors are welcomed on board the bus at public and private events, to explore the informative, interactive and engaging contents.
HWTMA are able to offer a range of packages including:
- Delivering, setting-up and packing away the bus at your venue (your staff run public outreach from the Bus using the excellent facilities it offers).
- Delivering public ourteach and information session in the Exhibition Bus on your behalf (HWTMA staff deliver your message for you).
- Design and print posters for display in the Bus
- Design and print leaflets for distribution from the Bus
- Create short videos and podcasts for use in the Bus and online.
