Bus volunteers
We run an extensive education and outreach programme at the Trust which involves delivering outreach events during the week, at weekends and some evenings.
We are always seeking additional people to help with these events which are a great opportunity to meet new people and share your enthusiasm for a subject.
Our new outreach van is now up and running, so if you think you'd like to be part of the van crew, please get in touch. No prior knowledge is required as we can provide you with information and resources in advance of any event. Whether you are able to help out with the odd event from time to time, or make a more substantial time commitment, it would be great to have you on board.
If you're not so keen on the face-to-face contact with lots of new people, there are roles of a 'behind the scenes' nature, so please let us know what appeals to you. We will work with you to devise the sort of role and tasks that you would find most rewarding and fun. We even have some brand-new volunteer t-shirts and fleeces for the van crew!
