The Stand alone plublication is an extended version of the "Wildlife and Aggregate" chapter which was added to the loan pack in March 2009. The publication summarises briefly the relationship between marine habitats, aggregate industry and maritime archaeology. The information is curriculum linked and can be used by teachers and parents as a teaching aid or read by pupils with an interest in maritime biology.

One of the popular activities produced are the brand new TopSlugs. This is a card game where you get more familiar with the interesting creatures that live beneath the surface and if you are lucky you get to win them all. To play download, print and cut out the cards and you have your own set.
Dig into Dredging activity book
HWTMA has become recognised for its high quality children's activity books and building on this ALSF funding was received to produce 'Dive into History', Dig into Dredging'. This book is for use by children outside of school, and uses a fun approach to the topics of maritime archaeology and aggregate dredging. It is available to order and can be used as a stand alone activity book and also as a fun, light-hearted accompaniment to the teaching loan pack.
